I've gotten news from Chakira (Sisya) that became neutered little more then a week ago. The operation went well and the wound is healing fast. Below a nice picture of an Aby not concerned at all on what her mum have put on her neck. It's playtime :)

Last Monday we had the great pleasure off having a visit from Pepino, Jens and Weronica on their way home from Mora. Pepino came inside and had a own room to streach his legs for a while. I took the time to take som photos. He have really grown into a young male and is a bit bigger then his brother Pike and what colour he have developed. See picture below. I absolutly love his glowing warm undercoat and his necklace have also disappeared. He has really the same expressions as his granddad Knerten but much more colour of course.

I have gotten news from both Sisya (Chakira) and from Bamse and Tita this week. Bamse and Tita (now called Mimmi) are seattled down together with Patrik and girlfriend in Luleå and they are so found of eachother all four. Bamse and Mimmi are both playful and happy to have eachothers company again to my greatest fortune. Below some photos taken by Patrik.
Sisya (Chakira) have been to another show where she gotten great judgements but came in second. She is a teenager now and needs some more growing up. Hopefully she will delvelop more cheeks later on. We have to wait and see. Below a photo of her in the refrigerator a hot day in July 2010. What a better way to to cool off paws and tail. She sits there for several minutes at the time. A week ago I received news from Sisya and Ellinor. They have attended a Cat Show in Uppsala and gotten so much good words from the judge. The judge also pointed out that Ellinor did a great job showing Sisya. Below a photo of Sisya getting inspected by the judge.

I have received two reports from owners this week. First out is Chakira alias Sisya. She is going to her second cat show soon and it will be fun to hear what the judges say about her but both Ellinor and I think she is gorgeous as she is. She is full of activity and loves to go out on walks in leach. Below pictures taken by Ellinor.
Second out is Tita our beloved neutered female we had to find a new home to. Eventhough she isn't a Skimmerdal's cat I want to bring light on how she is here. She also gotten a new name at home and it's Mimmi. We are so thankful to Patrik for taking her in and the last report I received today is that she and the Bengal can't be away from eachother in different rooms so they follow eachother everywhere. Below a picture taken by Patrik picturing him and Tita just settled in her new home from the trip from Umeå.

We recieved a short report from Chanelle and her new family. She is living together with family Roosmark of four in a big flat on Kungsholm in the center of Stockholm. They also have a Bengalkitten of 16 week of age that Chanelle found to be a really joyful playmate and their two Siamease neutered males have accepted both kittens as pets of the house helping them with cleaning from time to time.
Below you can find pictures of the little lady Chanelle taken by Caroline Roosmark and also a link to Carolines web site. Caroline is a professional photographer and therefore all pictures are her property and can not be used elsewere unless having her consent. They have also found a really good name for Chanelle. From now on her name will be Ripley (Sigourney Weaver) taken from the movie Alians. A touch girl with attitute that suits her just fine :-)

Here is two pictures I recieved from Fabians mum and dad a week ago. The one were he still have his balls intact (last summer) he is really a spitting image of his dad. The second picture he's eating his new favorite food. Beer sausages...jummy.

Här kommer en hälsning från mig, Glowing Moonlight, till mamma Tita och pappa Bamse och ”gammelmatte/husse” på min tre års dag.
På den ena bilden var jag bara en liten skrutt, som fick plats i en liten papperskasse c:a 15 veckor gammal och den andra bilden är jag nästan tre år gammal. Visst har jag blivit stor och stilig? Så fort tiden går!

I got some new photos from Fabians mum and dad. I'll try to translate the comments to the pictures taken by Mikael Einedahl.
My dad had his birthday recently and then I had to take care of a really dangerous "giftwrap snake" and it almost got away.
Fabian - I'm almost sickly in love with veal brawn, it is the most delicious dish in the world. (one bowl in 30 seconds flat)
....from zero....
...to 100 in one second. Fabian - I swear that the handbag attacked me went I passed....look the handle is holding me *snarl*

First out is news from Fabian that moved for a couple of weeks ago to his new home in Östersund. The e-mail is also translated into English by me.
Hej Anna, (å' Micke)!
Fabian har ordet: Det är inte alls så tokigt här, bor med ett par rätt så snälla gamla tanter utan större anspråk på territorium så jag har i stort sett hela lekparken (läs: lägenheten) för mig själv. Det finns gott om smaskigt och kraftigt käk också. Väger i skrivande stund 2170g, med full tank. ....... har inte mer tid nu måste springa runt-runt ett tag // Hörs!
Ägarna har ordet: -Jodå, kattungar är spännande. Hade glömt hur spännande det kan vara. Fabian blev förkyld i några dagar efter
att han kom till oss. Som extra belöning blev Bell smittad och rejält snorig, (+ extra grinig med ultrakort stubin).
När snorandet lagt sig och familjen feline äntligen börjat närma sig varandra fick Fabian en sådan där impuls som är alla kattägares mardröm - Toalettdykning!
-Naturligtvis så är de ju dessutom ovanligt smidiga och snabba efter ett sådant dyk, så litet kapplöpning till sängen och ett avslutande (riktigt) bad och sängbyte kl. halvfem på morgonen blev av nöden.
I övrigt får vi nog helrenovera klätterträdet efter sommaren för Fabian har fullständigt slaktat det på några veckor ... fascinerande!

Fabian have the word: It isn't to bad here, living with two pretty nice old ladies that makes no territorial claims so I have pretty much the hole playground ( read: apartment) to myself. Here is a lot of jummy and powerful food too. Weighing at the writting moment 2170 g, with tummy full...haven't got time need to run around now// See you!
Owners have the word: - Yes kittens are very exiting. We have forgotten how much though. Fabian caught a cold a couple of days after arrival. As an extra reward Bell also got the cold with snivelling, (+ extra cranky with ultra short fuse).
When the snivelling stoped and the family feline started to get closer Fabian got the impulse that is every cat owners nightmare - toilet diving.
Besides that they are unusually flexible and fast after such a dive it took a small race to the bed, a final (proper) bath and changing bed clothing at 04.30 was indeed needed.
This summer we have to totally renovate the climbing tree because he has demolished it already in just a few weeks time - facinating.
